Snack Guru Tips
According to Wikipedia, a snack is a portion of food often times smaller than that of a regular meal, that is generally eaten between meals. Snacks come in a variety of forms including packaged and processed foods and items made from fresh ingredients at home.
Another dictionary says a snack is: A hurried or light meal; food eaten between meals.
But Julie, The Snack Guru feels those definitions might be limited - many variations abound, as snacks are dictated by mood, weather, seasons, senses, smell, taste, etc. And there's also a bond between food and cultural identity.
We would like to hear from YOU what you think a snack is or what a snack means to you.
