Potato Salad Dynamo
1) Wash and peel potatoes (peeling is not necessary but preferred).
2) Steam OR boil potatoes until soft. Tip: Poke with a fork to see if soft.
3) Boil eggs while potatoes are cooking. Tip: add a dash of salt in the water - this helps the shells to come off easily. Soak the eggs in cold water immediately after boiling.
4) Rinse ham under cold water then pat dry. Slice into cubes. Place the ham cubes into cold water and bring to a boil.
5) Slice the boiled eggs into cubes.
6) Add the eggs and ham to the potatoes in a bowl.
7) Stir in mayonaisse. Sprinkle in some salt and pepper to taste. Tip: Taste as you stir and add mayonaisse, salt, and pepper as needed.
Other possible ingredients: mustard, carrots, peas, capers.
